Refund and Returns Policy

At Sicnarf Office Solution Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items, including custom orders, digital products, or opened software, cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@sicnarf.com.my with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
2. Refunds Policy
Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:
- Full Refunds: You will receive a full refund if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made an error with your order.
- Partial Refunds: If you return a product within the allowable period but in less than perfect condition (e.g., opened packaging), you may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@sicnarf.com.my. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or request a refund for.
- Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization, along with instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Ship the Item: Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and any included accessories, to the address we provide.
- Receive Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as described.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or damaged product and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately (within 7 days) via email at sales@sicnarf.com.my. Please include photos of the damaged item and its packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads or software
- Opened software or seals broken
- Perishable goods or consumables
If you receive a non-returnable item that is defective, please contact us for further assistance.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
